1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

The pet product or accessory must be unused and remain in the same condition in which it was received

All original packaging, tags, and any accessories included with the product must be returned

Valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, must be provided

Items returned without prior approval from our team will not be accepted.
3. Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your pet supplies, accessories, and other purchased products promptly after your order is delivered.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:

5. Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different size, color, style, or replacement item is to:

6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

7. Refunds

9. Late or Missing Refunds

10. Return Address
